At Beverly's Dresses, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@beverlydresses.com. We will provide clear instructions and the correct return address.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our support team will gladly assist you with the exchange process.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@beverlydresses.com immediately and include clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible and cover any applicable return shipping costs.
